There are a couple of weekly vintage sale threads that I follow. This is the first time I bought from the smaller thread. Happy to say it turned out well. This 1959 Topps team card has great color. I wish Topps would bring back team cards.
This 1959 Boyer is miscut, but not as bad as my scanner made it appear. There is a left border that my scanner did not show. Great looking card.
The same seller had a few modern Cardinals he was trying to move. This 2024 Update Silver Foil Victor Scott fit my budget and made the cost for all three cards an even $15.
I'd love to see the return of team cards too. I remember seeing team photos (the kind where players sit in rows) a lot in the 80's, but don't remember seeing them in recent years. I wonder if teams still take those photos annually.
