TCDB 2 for Tuesday #27

After today there are 2 more Tuesdays left in 2022.  With my trading activity slowing down during the holiday season, this may be the last 2 for Tuesday this year.  I hope not, but if so, it has been a fun year of trading.  Both of today's trades arrived early last week.

First up is a pwe of 5 Cardinals from member JustinBobo77.

It is great to almost finish a team set with 1 trade.  Here are 5 of the 6 Cardinals prospects from 2022 Pro Debut.  I am hoping to watch Baez and Holgate play in Peoria next year.  Nunez was traded to Pittsburgh in the Jose Quintana deal.  Gorman had an up and down rookie year that featured some home runs and a lot of strike outs.  Pretty much what to expect from a young power hitter.  With Albert Pujols retiring, maybe he will get a few more at bats.  McGreevy should start the year in Triple A Memphis and be one of the first pitchers up once injuries hit the Cardinals.

And now my Pro Debut team set is finished along with adding an insert from the set.  Nice to set the Chiefs baby blue uniforms on a card.

Another Pro Debut insert arrived with this Carlson from 2020.  The Hornsby is from 2022 Diamond Kings.

The only non-Cardinal of the day is the 2022 Topps Update Altuve insert.  Altuve should have quite a few inserts to chase next year with the Astros winning the World Series.  That will make my son happy.
